PinakaPolaris.ai is operated by Pinaka Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., registered at G22, Spaze Forum, Corporate Park, Sector 69, Gurugram, Haryana, India, 122001(“we”, “us”). By ticking the box at sign-up, or by continuing to use the platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The platform is a professional research tool and is not directed at children. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Give us accurate registration details and keep them current. Tell us immediately at contact@pinakagreen.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the platform's data or content;
• share your account, or access the platform through automated means without our consent;
• attempt to breach, probe or circumvent authentication, rate limits or other safeguards;
• upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or submit anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis;
• use the platform to build a competing dataset or product.

Project, company, policy and capacity figures on this platform are aggregated from publicly available sources — including PIB, MNRE, SECI, state nodal agencies, company disclosures and news reporting. Those sources change, disagree with one another, and are sometimes wrong. We compile them in good faith but give no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any purpose.

The AI assistant generates responses using third-party large-language models. Such models can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or entirely fabricated, and may misattribute sources. Treat every AI response as a starting point for verification, never as a statement of fact. As explained in our Privacy Notice, the messages you type are transmitted to those providers — do not enter confidential or personal information.

The platform, its design, software, and the compilation and arrangement of its data are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your own internal business or research purposes.

Underlying facts sourced from government and public documents remain the property of their originators, and third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The platform links to external documents and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may revise these terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

You may stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Clauses 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any statutory forum that applies to data-protection matters.
